Met with my oncologist before chemo today. She said that she wanted to move my scans up earlier (April 7th) because of the pain I have been experiencing and the fact that my tumor marks went up a month ago (and this month too) she said she wants to SEE how it’s working instead of wondering..She was very positive and prescribed the patch for pain, so I can be more active. She wants me to be able to run if I want to, hopefully getting a handle on this pain will help..

I’m super tired and full of chemicals right now.. So I’m off to bed..
Thank you for all of your support..

I’m glad the scan was moved up and that she’s helping you manage the pain so you can be more active. I’ve been thinking about you all yesterday and today when I woke up. I hope you are feeling as comfortable as possible.
Love you.

Thinkin about you yesterday too, (accept when I left that semi-perky message I was distracted, sorry) hope that patch does the trick especially when it may actually be pleasant enough to go outside soon? I hope. I bet some warmer weather (fresh air is good for the soul), sunshine, and buds on the trees may boost your spirits.xoxo MUCH love, ‘I Carry Your Heart’

let’s hear it for anything the helps “figure it out”. And if she was so positive, she must have had reason for it — while we know she’s a positive person in general, we also know she’s not going to give you false hope for pain relief.

Sending you (and Ange too of course) love love love…
