Ange and I spoke yesterday about how we can keep my level of comfort more even..and I guess the only way to day that right now is through chemicals..so this morning, I took a pill for my stomach, 3 advil for pain, 3 colace (for you know what), 1 pill for anti-nausea and another for the same reason. Im feeling ok at this moment..so hopefully this works for the day..

please remember, there is absolutely nothing wrong with taking chemicals to feel better, especially when it is chemicals that are making you feel so horrible. If you are feeling ok right now, I think that’s great. And you got to ok faster this week than you got to it last week, so advil, colace and anti-nasuea it up, baby!

I’m glad that you and Ange are addressing things like how you can feel better proactively. I am hoping that gives you some sense of control, a feeling that you can influence some of your environment around you.

Sending love and thinking of you always…

love everything jessica said, so “ditto”! and don’t forget, advil only has a 4-6 hour half-life, so don’t hesitate to take it again…don’t let the pain get ahead of you. hope your day continues to be comfortable…yeah for taking control!! smooches and hugs to you both…

Do whatever you need to do to be comfortable and that includes chemicals, talking with partners/friends/family, not talking, writing, watching crappy shows and good ones too, playing scrabble etc etc. Glad things were turning ok when you wrote this… love you.

You and Ange have a gift. The gift of communication is awesome. It is helping you both cope with the diversity you face each day. Don’t let that go. Have a better day than yesterday Jen and Ange. Love You

Hopefully today is even better than yesterday! And talking it out is so great. I bet it helps to feel a little more in control of the next step, even if it’s baby steps. A song lyric, ” it makes it better when the love you receive is more than the pain you go through…” Love you both so much. xoxo
