they are calling me in a scrip for compezine..im going to also start taking acidophilus..maybe soothing my belly will help too..i can’t tell you how bad this sucks..

I’ve had watermelon, gingerale, Ativan, compezine, acidophilus (which takes a week or so to work) and tons of slept bread.. (Friday and Saturday I walked around with a loaf of bread in my purse:)

nuts don’t sound so good to me..although peanut/almond butter have been ok..spelt bread..its just an alternative grain..like a quoinoa..its quite good and doesn’t taste all grainy like wheat bread..
